Basketball Recap: Hardin Takes a Loss

Hardin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 69-52 to the Fergus Golden Eagles. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Golden Eagles earlier this season, when they won 69-53.

Fergus' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Madden Norslien, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine steals. Kason Brown was another key player, going 8 of 17 on his way to 24 points and six rebounds.

Hardin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Fergus, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Hardin has already played their next match (against Dawson County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fergus has already played their next contest, a 56-41 win against Sidney on the 1st.
