Basketball Recap: Spencerville Adventist Academy Comes Up Short

Spencerville Adventist Academy lost against Smith Jewish Day School back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets took a blow against the Lions, falling 77-43.

When it comes to explaining why Spencerville Adventist Academy lost, don't look at Nathan Thomas. Despite the final result, he posted 13 points. William Miongo was another key player, putting up eight points.

Spencerville Adventist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Smith Jewish Day School, their record now sits at 2-0.

Coincidentally, Spencerville Adventist Academy and Smith Jewish Day School will both be playing Berman Hebrew Academy the next time they take the court. The Hornets will head out to face the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on December 4, while the Lions will host them at 7:00 p.m. on December 9.
