St. Charles North extended their postseason success on Friday against Glenbard West. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Hilltoppers. Considering the North Stars have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Paige Murray was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out six over seven innings pitched.
