Volleyball Recap: Scituate Comes Up Short

Scituate lost against Brockton back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Sailors lost 3-0 to the Boxers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11, 25-17.

Scituate has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season. As for Brockton, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-4.

Scituate wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Braintree on the 23rd. As for Brockton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Quincy on the 23rd.
