Baseball Recap: Glencliff Sets Scoring Season-High Against Hume-Fogg

Glencliff scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Hume-Fogg Blue Knights, falling 12-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Blue Knights this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-0 defeat last Monday.

Glencliff dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Hume-Fogg, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season.

Glencliff will head out to challenge Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hume-Fogg, they will host West Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Knights are facing the Coyote at the right time seeing as the Coyote are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
