Basketball Recap: Salamanca Beats Eden for Their Seventh Straight Victory

With a playoff win on the line, Salamanca rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Eden Raiders with a sharp 56-34 victory. The win was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Leilene Mccomber was nothing short of spectacular: she went 9-for-14 on her way to 24 points and seven boards. Her big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 20 points. Makenzie Crouse was another key player, putting up eight points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Salamanca's victory bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Eden, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

As of now, neither Salamanca nor Eden have any future games scheduled.
