It was a good run, but Platte County unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell to the Park Hill Trojans 55-49. The Pirates were probably out for revenge after losing 62-38 to them when the teams met back in February of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Platte County's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-6. As for Park Hill, their record is now 10-7.

Platte County has already played their next matchup (against Fort Osage), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Park Hill will head out to take on Truman at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Park Hill is facing Truman at the right time seeing as Truman is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
