Case had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They didn't even let Pentucket Regional on the board on Tuesday, marking the Cardinals' second-straight 13-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won 15 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Case's fourth in a row) raised their record to 20-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Pentucket Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 13-7.

As of now, neither Case nor Pentucket Regional have any future games scheduled.
