Conway Springs came tearing into Saturday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Douglass Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Tuesday.

Macie Hartman paced Conway Springs' offense, picking up six kills. Hartman got some help from Lanie Hartman and her 17 assists. Lanie also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Reece Johnson, each putting up two.

Conway Springs' win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Douglass, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 19 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season.

Coincidentally, Conway Springs and Douglass will both be playing Circle the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Thunderbirds at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Cardinals will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
