Basketball Recap: Norwayne Bobcats vs. South Range Raiders
Norwayne had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the South Range Raiders, posting a 64-23 win. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 21 points or more this season.
Norwayne was led to victory by Hannah Froelich and Ava Maibach. Froelich dropped a double-double with 21 points and 12 boards, while Maibach almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine assists. Maibach has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Kendra Berger also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.
