Volleyball Recap: Lithia Springs Takes a Loss

Lithia Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Chapel Hill Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat back in August.

Lithia Springs' loss dropped their record down to 8-21. As for Chapel Hill, the win snapped their losing streak at ten matches and leaves them with a 9-21 record.

Coming up, Lithia Springs will venture away from home to take on Pebblebrook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chapel Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
