Football Recap: Hastings Takes a Loss

Hastings fell victim to Haldane and their airtight defense on Saturday. They were beaten by the Blue Devils 34-0. The Yellow Jackets haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Hastings now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Haldane, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hastings will square off against rival Edgemont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Haldane is set to take on their familiar foe Pelham Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
