Cleveland can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. Everything went their way against the Clayton Comets as the Cleveland Rams made off with a 10-2 victory. The win was just what Cleveland needed coming off of a 6-0 defeat in their prior match.

Will Hicks was incredible, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Lynn, who scored a run while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances.

On Clayton's side, Dominic Pegues and Redick Kent did some serious damage despite the final result: Pegues got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and a double, while Kent scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Pegues has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Cameron Royal was another key contributor, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.

Cleveland's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Clayton, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

As for Clayton, they will challenge Midway at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Midway will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Clayton surely won't give up without a fight.
