Soccer Recap: LBJ Austin Comes Up Short

LBJ Austin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Florence Buffaloes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 back in January.

LBJ Austin's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Florence, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. LBJ Austin will take on Austin Achieve at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Florence, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Eastside Early College at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Florence is facing Eastside Early College at the right time seeing as Eastside Early College is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
