Football Recap: Madison Comprehensive Comes Up Short

Madison Comprehensive was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 32-17 bruising from the Dover Crimson Tornadoes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 35-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Madison Comprehensive's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Dover, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Madison Comprehensive will square off against Lexington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will need to watch out since the Minutemen have now posted at least 31 points in their last six matchups. As for Dover, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on New Philadelphia at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
