Meanwhile, Todd County Central made easy work of Tournament Opponent on Friday and carried off a 70-50 win. That 70-50 margin sets a new team best for Todd County Central this season.
Todd County Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jamison Glass, who scored 27 points along with nine rebounds. The contest was Glass' tenth in a row with at least ten points. Zack Robinson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Montgomery Central's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. As for Todd County Central, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.
