Volleyball Recap: Waverly Central Comes Up Short

Waverly Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Harpeth Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 11th.

Waverly Central's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Harpeth, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-10.

Looking ahead, Waverly Central will head out on the road to challenge Henry County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harpeth, they will welcome Merrol Hyde Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
