Soccer Recap: Spotsylvania Comes Up Short

Spotsylvania lost against Massaponax back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights came up short against the Panthers, falling 4-0.

Spotsylvania's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Massaponax, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-0-1.

Looking ahead, Spotsylvania will head out to challenge Culpeper County at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Culpeper County's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Massaponax, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Brooke Point at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
