Volleyball Recap: Johnston Comes Up Short

Johnston was the 2-0 winner over Woodward-Granger when they last played one another back in September of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Dragons fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Johnston has also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season. As for Woodward-Granger, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Johnston has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Ballard on the 20th. As for Woodward-Granger, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against North Polk on the 20th.
