It's playoff time, and Hayden had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 56-44 win over the Clay Center Tigers on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Hayden's win bumped their record up to 22-2. As for Clay Center, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-6.

Looking ahead, Hayden and Bishop Miege will face off at 8:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. Bishop Miege will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Hayden surely won't give up without a fight. Clay Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
