Basketball Recap: Bakersfield Skates Past Lutie with Ease

There's no place like home for Bakersfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They breezed past the Lutie Indians to the tune of 78-15 on Saturday. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 23 points or more this season.

Bakersfield's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32 points. As for Lutie, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Coming up, Bakersfield will host Fordland at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lutie does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
