The contest between the John Battle Trojans and the Abingdon Falcons didn't end well, with the John Battle Trojans falling 55-36. The matchup marked the Trojans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

John Battle has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.1 points per game. As for Abingdon, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-11.

John Battle will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lee at 7:30 p.m. John Battle is facing Lee at the right time seeing as Lee is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Abingdon, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 68-64 win against Bassett on the 1st.
