Basketball Recap: Atlanta Comes Up Short

Atlanta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Hillman Tigers on the road by a 45-29 margin. The Huskies lost against the Tigers in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 58-11 score last time.

Atlanta's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Hillman, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Atlanta has already played their next game (against Au Gres-Sims), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Hillman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 39-34 win against Posen on the 27th.
