Volleyball Recap: Hancock Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Hancock and Downers Grove South squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Hancock had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Mustangs. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-12.

Hancock's defeat dropped their record down to 17-12. As for Downers Grove South, their victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 28-8.

Hancock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Downers Grove South, they will face off against Saint Ignatius College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
