Volleyball Recap: Mishawaka Marian Comes Up Short

Mishawaka Marian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Penn Kingsmen. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Kingsmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-13.

Mishawaka Marian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Penn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Coming up, Mishawaka Marian will take on South Bend Saint Joseph at 6:30 p.m. on the 30th. As for Penn, they will challenge Chesterton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
