Softball Recap: Thoreau Comes Up Short

Thoreau fell victim to Espanola Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 19-0 to the Sundevils. The Hawks just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Thoreau's record is now 3-8. As for Espanola Valley, they moved to 3-10 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thoreau will face off against Grants at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Espanola Valley, they will take on Pojoaque Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
