Baseball Recap: Lynn Classical Comes Up Short

Lynn Classical lost against St. Mary on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-2 to the Spartans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lynn Classical saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mark Walsh, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Lynn Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for St. Mary's, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-3.

Lynn Classical does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Mary's, they will host St. John's at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
