Lansing has gone 8-1-1 against Edison recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Bobcats will face off against the Spartans at 4:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Athens hit Lansing with a eight-run fourth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bobcats came up short against the Wildcats, falling 16-9.

Meanwhile, Edison didn't have quite enough to beat Hoosick Falls on Friday and fell 4-3.

Everything went Lansing's way against Edison in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, as Lansing made off with a 15-3 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
