Softball Recap: Plumas Charter Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Plumas Charter's offense. They came up short against the Arcata Tigers on Saturday, falling 19-0. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plumas Charter saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrie Schramel, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double. That double was Schramel's first of the season.

Plumas Charter's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-1. As for Arcata, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Plumas Charter has already played their next match, a 13-3 defeat against Hamilton on the 1st. As for Arcata, they will face off against Del Norte at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
