Nandua is a perfect 10-0 against Chincoteague since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Ponies at 4:00 p.m. The last three games Nandua has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Thursday, Nandua needed a bit of extra time to put away Northampton. They skirted past the Yellowjackets 10-9.

Meanwhile, Chincoteague came up short against Arcadia on Thursday, falling 14-4. The loss continues a trend for the Ponies in their meetings with the Firebirds: they've now lost eight in a row.

Chincoteague saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brice Luck, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another was Micah Bennicoff, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Nandua's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-7. As for Chincoteague, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10-1.

Nandua came out on top in a nail-biter against Chincoteague in their previous meeting last Thursday, sneaking past 1-0. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Ponies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
