Baseball Recap: Bayshore Christian Find Success

While Bayshore Christian put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Foley. The Bayshore Christian Eagles came out on top against the Foley Lions by a score of 4-0. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Bayshore Christian saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Malone, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. What's more, Malone posted two hits, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Jace Jones was another, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Bayshore Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Foley, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Foley beat Bayshore Christian by a score of 6-5 later that day.
