Softball Recap: Monarch Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Monarch's offense. They came up short against the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders on Monday, falling 10-0. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Monarch's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Monarch will welcome Coral Glades at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they will be playing at home against Somerset Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
