Basketball Recap: Emily Orcutt's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Norwich Free Academy over Ridgefield

Norwich Free Academy suffered their closest loss since December 29, 2023 on Saturday. They fell just short of the Ridgefield Tigers by a score of 37-34. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Norwich Free Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Emily Orcutt, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Jordyn Bay-Kent, who posted eight points and eight rebounds.
