Basketball Recap: Atlanta Comes Up Short

Atlanta lost against Putnam County two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Atlanta Hornets fell 62-54 to the Putnam County Midgets. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Atlanta's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Putnam County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.

When Atlanta and Putnam County next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Atlanta will try to stop Green City's seven-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on February 19th. Similarly, Putnam County will face off against Princeton and their six-game winning streak at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
