Volleyball Game Preview: Villanova Prep Wildcats vs. Grace Lancers

On Thursday, Villanova Prep came up short against St. Bonaventure and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Grace came up short against Bishop Diego on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lancers in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost four in a row.

While Grace ultimately came up short, they really made Bishop Diego work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 27-25, 25-13.

Grace's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Villanova Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 8-13.

Villanova Prep took their victory against Grace when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Lancers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
