Soccer Recap: Baldwin Comes Up Short

Baldwin's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Montour Spartans by a score of 3-2. Baldwin haven't had much luck with Montour recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Baldwin's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Montour, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 7-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Baldwin is set to square off against their familiar foe Chartiers Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Montour will challenge rival Ambridge at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
