Softball Recap: Halls Comes Up Short

Halls blew Farragut out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Farragut got their revenge. The Red Devils fell just short of the Admirals by a score of 2-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Red Devils were not able to get on the board.

Halls' loss dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Farragut, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-5 record this season.

Halls will take on Cocke County in a tournament on Saturday. As for Farragut, they will be taking part in a tournament against Powell at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
