Softball Preview: Haven Wildcats vs. Hesston Swathers        
        
		
            
 Haven is 9-1 against Hesston since April of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The Haven Wildcats will stay at home for another  game and welcome the Hesston Swathers at 4:00  p.m. One thing working in Haven's favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last six contests.
 Haven stacked  an  11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They never let Russell onto the board and left with  a   15-0  win.
  Sadie Estill was  incredible,  going 3-for-3 with a  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mayzie Warden, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Hesston came up short against Pratt on Friday and fell  6-2. Hesston has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Hesston saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Elyse Griffin, who  went 1-for-3 with a  double and  an  RBI. Griffin has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 Haven's victory was  their seventh straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 17-1. As for Hesston, their loss dropped their record down to 12-4.
 Both  both teams just can't seem to miss. Haven has been making plenty of contact this season,  having  averaged 10.6  hits per game. However, it's not like Hesston struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  only 4.7.
