Edison came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Bear Creek Bruins with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Edison won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 25-15.

Edison's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Bear Creek, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
