Soccer Recap: Birdville Comes Up Short

Birdville managed to keep up with Argyle until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Birdville Hawks came up short against the Argyle Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-1 back in February.

Birdville is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17-1. As for Argyle, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Birdville nor Argyle have any future games scheduled.
