Basketball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

Columbia lost against Seton Catholic back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Columbia Bruins took a blow against the Seton Catholic Cougars, falling 100-51.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Seton Catholic, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-5.

Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seton Catholic, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars duke it out with the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Seton Catholic is on a 18-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), La Center a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
