Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was the 47-44 winner over Hillcrest when they last played one another back in November of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Devils received a blow on Monday as they fell 61-44 to the Patriots.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hillcrest, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Central will host Lanett at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hillcrest, they will venture away from home to square off against Sipsey Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
