Soccer Recap: Dansville Takes a Loss

Dansville lost against Livonia back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, Dansville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 246th, while Livonia are ranked 52nd).

Dansville's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Livonia, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dansville will take on Wayland-Cohocton at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Livonia, they will square off against Caledonia-Mumford at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
