Baseball Recap: Raymore-Peculiar Comes Up Short

Raymore-Peculiar couldn't beat Fort Osage on Thursday even though they stacked five runs on them in the sixth inning. The Panthers fell just short of the Indians by a score of 6-5. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Raymore-Peculiar has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 19-15 record this season. As for Fort Osage, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-15.

Raymore-Peculiar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Osage, they will challenge Grain Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
