Soccer Recap: Atkins Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Atkins lost against Glenn back in September of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Camels fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 3-2. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Atkins couldn't quite close it out.

William Roehrenbeck wasn't going to let Glenn walk away unscathed as he scored both of Atkins' goals, bringing his season total up to 16 goals.

Atkins' loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Glenn, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 14-1-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Atkins will challenge rival Oak Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Glenn is set to take on their familiar foe North Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
