It was a proper cat-fight when Perkiomen School challenged Academy of the New Church on Thursday. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-4, 25-11, 25-16.

Perkiomen School has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season. As for Academy of the New Church, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Perkiomen School and Shipley will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Academy of the New Church, they will square off against Girard College at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
