It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Dublin Coffman ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars 8-7. This was payback for the Shamrocks, who suffered a 10-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Holden Wilcox made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.
