Football Recap: Sandwich Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sandwich came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Johnsburg Skyhawks and fell 28-0. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Skyhawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Carter Block went supernova For Johnsburg., throwing for 178 yards and four TDs while completing 71.4% of his passes.

Sandwich's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Johnsburg, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
