Dixie Heights is 6-1 against Boone County since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Colonels will venture away from home to take on the Rebels at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

The Colonels blew past the Cougars, posting a 34-7 victory. The Colonels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Boone County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 36-28 win over Scott. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Rebels were down 20-6 in the third quarter.

Dixie Heights better keep an eye on Malik Johnson. He was instrumental in Boone County's win, rushing for 103 yards and a pair of TDs.

Dixie Heights' record is now 3-5. As for Boone County, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
