Recap: Windham Bombers vs. Bristol Panthers
Even though the Windham Bombers have not done well against the Bristol Panthers recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Windham came out on top against Bristol by a score of 47-39. The win made it back-to-back wins for Windham.
Despite the loss, Bristol still got an impressive performance from Payton Brook, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. That was a full 53.8% of Bristol's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Gall, who scored four points along with 14 rebounds and three steals.
Windham has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Bristol, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
